It's important to maintain physical fitness to ensure safety on the job, especially working around large machinery. In addition to weightlifting, I run, stretch, practice push-ups, and perform other activities to maintain good health and enhance my endurance during hot weather.

Working around large machinery, it's important to keep fit.

Taking care of my physical health, both through diet and exercise has helped me work for more than nine years without injury. Making sure your mind and body are ready, helps you start your day with safety in mind.

Stewart joined the railroad on August 30, 1999. He received an associate's degree in electronics from Cincinnati College of Business and Technology.
