On Saturday, May 5th, CSX Trees for Tracks volunteers and City Year joined with the Worcester Tree Initiative, community volunteers and the state Department of Conservation and Recreation to plant over 100 trees in Dodge Park, a city park that has been decimated by the infestation of the Asian Longhorned Beetle.

The CSX donation of 100 trees and the volunteer hours to plant them really makes a difference in restoring a wonderful community resource.

This is the 2nd year that CSX has sponsored a Trees for Tracks event at Dodge Park, and the 4th year in a row they have helped us reforest Worcester!

Thanks so much from Worcester to CSX and all of the wonderful cheerful volunteers!
