About the Partnership
Serving more than 540,000 members and providing leadership and community service through agricultural education, the FFA is the largest youth service organization in the country. CSX sponsors FFA Chapter Leadership programs in 24 states, helps develop curriculum and offers leadership scholarships in each of its 10 divisions. CSX employees invest hundreds of hours in community service, leadership / career training and job interview preparation to FFA and its members.
