Trees for Tracks Service Day at the Legacy Trail

Legacy Trail is a 12-mile multi-use trail beginning in the east end of downtown Lexington and running to the Kentucky Horse Park. On Saturday, November 5, 2011, volunteers from CSX, Lexmark and the community planted trees in an 11-acre open field adjacent to the trail.

Trees for Tracks Service Day in Worcester

June's planting in Worcester marked the third time the “Trees for Tracks” program has come to the city to help reverse some of the damage caused by an invasive insect. This June’s planting in Dodge Park included Fir, Beech, Dogwood, Gingko, Spruce, Larch, and Locust species.

Approximately 150 volunteers for the Warren/Holyfield Boys & Girls Club in Atlanta, GA. Tasks will include playground improvements, brush clearing & painting. Volunteers will also construct benches, cubbies & bookshelves for the club.
